Quiz Competition in the Hostel

A quiz competition had been organised in the Birla Hostel 'A' on 16-02-2020. Many students had participated in this . Arpit Shukla was winner of this competition. Quiz had been organised to nurture the leaders of tomorrow . It is an great initiative which is taken by three students of this hostel named Aman, Adarsh and Jagdamba. We are really thankful of them. We are wishing of a better tomorrow of our hostel.

Background - The Faculty has one of the oldest hostels in the University named Birla Hostel constructed way back in 1921 by the legendary industrialist Shri Jugal Kishore Birla in the memory of his father Raja Baldev Das Birla. It is a large hostel and for administrative purposes it was divided in 3 sub-hostels - Birla A, Birla B and Birla C; about a decade back. Undergraduate students are accommodated in Birla A while Birla B is meant for Research Scholars and Birla C for Postgraduate students. Administration -  There are one Administrative Warden and two wardens in the hostel. Facilities -  There are many curricular and extracurricular facilities in the hostel. 1.
